With over 16 years of success in her marketing career, Jen has a proven record of cultivating highly engaged teams within some of the world’s most renowned beauty and retail brands. As a trailblazer in leadership, she collaborates passionately with organizations and leaders across diverse industries to elevate their skills, amplify their confidence, and illuminate the path toward fostering healthy work cultures.
Jen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation, bringing her extensive corporate experience to her role as Founder and CEO of Luma Collective. Her passion extends beyond just supporting leaders and organizations, and is also committed to building a strong community of Luma coaches and consultants working hard to transform talent into empowered, fulfilled, and radiant leaders.
